Pure oxygen-dissolved water to improve odor and water quality in lentic systems.

Technology Description

  • High purity oxygen, selectively separated from air, is converted to micro-nano-bubbles and injected to and diffused in rivers, lakes and reservoirs.
  • Effective for improving water quality, reducing disagreeable odor, and suppressing anaerobic status of bottom water.

System Composition

  • Pure Oxygen Generator + Oxygen Dissolver
    High-purity oxygen generator : oxygen with purity over 90% is extracted with PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) (No separate oxygen tank required)
    High-efficiency Oxygen Dissolver : Dissolves high-purity oxygen in water up to concentrations of 40% New Excellent Technology No.51-030 (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs)
  • Micro-nano-bubble Generator
    Non-clogging Venturi-type nozzle generates micro-nanobubbles with vortex technology.
    Micro-nano-bubbles smaller than 30㎛ are generated and dissipated where the surface rising speed is extremely slow for effective increase in dissolved oxygen level.

Configuration

With its slow surfacing speed, micro-nano-bubbles do not exhaust to the air and remain in the water for a significant amount of time, maximizing the DO concentration increase effect.
